Adarsh has been associated with The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. for 16 years, with experience spanning both direct insurance and reinsurance. He spent his early years across multiple lines of direct insurance before moving into reinsurance, where he worked for 13 years with global markets.
He has been leading New India’s NZ operations since April 2025, focusing on strengthening the company’s market presence and partnerships.
