MAKING A CLAIM

  • Ensure you have your current policy and Schedule of Insurance handy
  • Report any loss of theft/ burglary or a malicious damage to your property to the Police
  • Call your Broker or New India Claims Department on 09 3064014
  • Full details of the incident, and a completed claim form should be supplied

Please do not delay in contacting your broker or the claims department as soon as you are aware of a claim or possible claim, even if all the above information is not immediately available.
